Infraserve

Building a Business From the Ground Up

Digital branding and content platform build for a new player in cloud computing

Challenge

At the time Infraserve was a new client with a brand new business, Infraserve approached Deepend with a business proposition of a new website. The challenge was that their brand wasn't a consumer facing brand but rather a business to business (B2B) website that focused on wholesaling complex data offerings to the software trade. The client had no branding, no research into their target market, no relative objectives and limited budget.

Response

First and foremost we conducted quite intense research into their brand, data offering and who their website was targeting. Based on our research and through several internal workshops with data professionals, digital strategists, designers, developers and of course the client we collated strong insights into their brand and established their direction.

Because of this in-depth research conducted up front. In the space of less than a month we were able to create Infraserve a logo, a through set of business branding guidelines as well as building Infraserve a slick, on brand, CMS driven website with minimal client amends that also functioned as a great B2B CRM tool.

Result

The client loved the logo, especially it's 3D effect and the way it used module shapes to represent the scalability of their product offerings. Infraserves fully CMS driven website was integrated seamlessly with Umbraco, it featured around 8 pages, with sections separated by anchor links, and content cleanly displayed, which was a change from their competitors cluttered websites in market. After successfully delivering their fully integrated website, we proactively presented the client with complementary CMS training session at the Deepend office, and supplied them with supporting CMS documentation.
